This notice describes the current public deployment of GllOne Lab. It distinguishes file conversion inside the browser from the ordinary network requests needed to load and protect a website.

Image, SVG, and PDF source files are read and processed inside the browser tab. GllOne Lab does not require an account and does not post those source files to a GllOne Lab conversion server.
Previews and conversion data can remain temporarily in browser memory while the page is open. Closing or reloading the tab releases that working state. Downloads are saved only when you choose to create them.
The site uses local storage to remember raster and vector settings on the device. These preferences can include output format, dimensions, quality, background, and adjustment choices. They do not contain the selected file itself.
You can remove these preferences by clearing site data for gllonelab.com in the browser. The application may also remove obsolete settings when its storage format changes.
Cloudflare provides the public hosting and security layer and may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the public deployment and provides aggregate visit and performance information.
Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy. GllOne Lab does not receive source files through these ordinary page requests.
The PDF-to-image and PDF-combine pages load their pinned PDF engines, workers, fonts and decoding resources from this website when needed. These are normal requests to the same hosting provider, not uploads to an external conversion service.
The selected PDF is read locally. The converter does not send its contents to the hosting provider.
When you submit the contact form, your email address, topic, message, and normal request metadata are sent to Formspree so the message can be forwarded to gllonelab@gmail.com, a Google/Gmail inbox. Contact messages are separate from local file conversion.
Do not send source files, passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. Formspree and Google process contact data under their Formspree privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
The site currently publishes an AdSense ownership meta tag and an authorised-seller entry in ads.txt. These identify the AdSense account connected to the domain; the current deployment does not load the advertising script or serve Google ads.
Before advertising is enabled, this notice must be updated to describe Google and its partners' use of cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers. A Google-certified consent platform must also be configured where required. GllOne Lab does not maintain an account database, file history, or server-side archive of conversions. Contact messages can remain in Formspree and Gmail until they are deleted after they are no longer needed for support, security, or record keeping. Other providers retain request data under their own policies and configurations.
You can clear local site data, block optional browser storage, or leave the page without uploading a file. Blocking required scripts may prevent a converter from working.
